Accelogix delivers personalized JDA Management to Beaver Street Fisheries
Beaver Street Fisheries (BSF) went live with JDA Warehouse Management in 2012 with a 10-week “no-mod” implementation that delivered rapid time-to-value, but left out certain more challenging parts of their complex seafood manufacturing and distribution operation. During the course of the next 12 months they identified parts of their operation, such as work order processing, that they wanted to bring into JDA Warehouse Management but their operation did not quite fit into the standard product workflow.
Leveraging the personalization features of JDA Management such as GUI configuration, data driven applications, dashboards and reporting, JDA partner Accelogix was able to deliver the process, terminology, and visibility changes that BSF needed to optimize processes and expand the footprint of JDA Warehouse Management. The end result was operational savings of 70,000 man-hours per year, improved inbound, outbound, and manufacturing visibility, and on-demand manufacturing-to-shipping lot traceability all without modifying a single line of standard product code.
