Senior Systems Analyst

Accelogix is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join our growing and fast-paced team

Accelogix is a leading provider of consulting, implementation, and development services for Supply Chain Execution Systems (SCES). Founded and managed by supply chain and software experts, Accelogix provides full lifecycle implementation and systems integration services for manufacturing, distribution, and transportation across every major industry vertical.

The Senior Systems Analyst is the front-line resource to provide integrated technical support to resolve software and operating system issues for customers throughout the US. Accelogix is looking for a dedicated individual capable of managing multiple client issues simultaneously. Working with RF terminals, Windows and Unix Servers, understanding trace files and assisting with customer hardware troubleshooting is all part of a day in the life. Additionally, providing analytics, diagnostics and resolution of client inquiries and communicating effectively with the customer are critical aspects of this role.

What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will:

  • Provide expertise for the resolution of technical problems including interpreting, troubleshooting, and repair of complex issues in a 24/7 operation
  • Document and records client issues to promote transparency and understanding of technology issues
  • Partner with the development teams to reduce and resolve reoccurring issues
  • Code review to diagnose and reverse engineer issues for prompt resolution
  • Escalate technical issues to a senior team member if additional expertise is needed
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and satisfaction under limited supervision
  • Participate in an on-call rotation (currently once per quarter; subject to change)

What We Look For:

  • One to five years of experience in software support and/or help desk role
  • Strong JAVA and SQL skills required, experience with Groovy preferred
  • Experience with Tier 1 WMS experience highly preferred
  • Familiarity with ticketing system such as Axosoft, JIRA or similar
  • Self-motivation including taking ownership of open tickets and ensuring incidents are fully resolved
  • Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive customer information
  • Strong problem solving ability and high level communication with customers
  • Strong ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Information Technology, or related field
