How do I find the Help in the client application?

JDA RedPrairie Warehouse Management actually has a very extensive help guide in the client application. You can find information and help for almost every included screen in the system, as well as explanations of many WMS concepts including: receiving, picking, inventory control and counting, and shipping. Try navigating in the top menu to Actions > Help. If you don’t see that option, Help is usually in the top right of a screen.

Is there any programming documentation included with WMS?

Yes! MOCA is very well documented in a programming guide that can be found in the %MOCADIR/docs/ folder.
